SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICES CONSULTANT
Do you have a confident telephone manner and good writing skills? Perhaps you enjoy dealing with people to ensure they receive the very best advice, while your excellent communications skills and enthusiasm for our kind holiday and our destinations will enable you to inspire the same enthusiasm in our customers. Will you be able to maintain a positive outlook and be highly flexible during a busy and varied working day as you guide customers towards the best choice of holiday for them, book flights and other travel, and help resolve problems that arise along the way?
If so, and you have good IT skills and a curiosity that drives your desire to learn, then you may be just the person we are looking for. You will need to be able to work some Saturdays, and you should have your own vehicle as we are based in beautiful but rural offices near Castle Howard.
